Willow Pond Farm Foundation is non-profit organization located within Pleasant Valley Horse Club in Aptos, California. Their horses arrive sick or injured, malnourished and in need of special veterinary and farrier care. They rehabilitate each one, bring them back to health and help them reach their true potential.
